Refund Policy

OyVey Audio LLC provides customized digital audio services. Because each project is tailored to your recordings, refund terms are project-specific and are disclosed before payment. This policy works together with our Terms & Conditions.

The refund and cancellation terms that apply to your project are stated in your quote or accepted project agreement before you pay. We do not offer unconditional refunds or money-back guarantees.

If you cancel before work has started, you may qualify for a refund, subject to the disclosed and agreed terms of your project.

If work has already begun or been completed, agreed charges may apply for the portion of work performed.

Once customized digital services are delivered, they are generally evaluated under the accepted project agreement, including its scope and included revisions.

If delivered work contains errors or materially fails to meet the agreed scope, you may be eligible for correction or another appropriate resolution. Please tell us promptly so we can review the issue.

Send refund requests to percypratcher@oyveybeats.com with your name, project details, and the reason for your request. We will review it against your accepted project agreement and respond.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
